Sad, very horrible customer service my tire popped on Christmas night on my family and i, we came in the day after because they told us too, over the phone, and then when we got there they said they could not help because of us driving on the tire, which I do not understand how they would expect us to get to there shop without driving on the tire, like they definitely should have explained that over the phone, they didn’t want to warranty us even though there was no reason for the tire to pop when we just bought brand new from them not too long ago, I have been going Rico’s for years and that’s was actually a very horrible experience. I really thought they would help out at least but they just didn’t seem to care, that want to take advantage of a mom with two kids. They just wanted me to buy a brand new tire again. This is the second time last time I bought the tire no question asked, but I’m starting to feel like they do it on purpose. I was a loved customer but that changed today. They will now longer be getting money from me. Such scammers.
