Don’t stand behind warranty. They are progressives insurance body shop and ripped me off . On Sunday, my door was jammed, and no visible damage appeared. I proceeded to open the door and force the resistance and did damage it as a result, the bent metal and damage damaged to plastic side was due to forcing a door that was not aligned. Today I went to Lee automotive who has a lifetime guarantee on parts and labor who told me they denied this for two reasons. 1) they said the damage that would normally occur would be noticed in the beginning. Although true, a simple google search would way work done in January is Cold, summer is hot and now not coincidentally, it’s cold . Imperfect work and gaps of millimeters would be more pronounced with cold hot and cold. This is why they have a lifetime warranty . 2) they said the damage was already there . I refute this as most of the damage was becise the door doesn’t open properly. By having a misaligned piece of body work, I had to use some force to open and damage the door. The root cause is the work was misaligned. Please see the gap of the panels . 1 on the drivers side is original ford .you can visually see it’s smaller 2) the gap on the drivers side is larger. I contend that this slight difference is what caused the warped issue and the door to be jammed .

Hi the front end of my bumper was recently backed into by someone. Lee’s did a great job explaining the process to me. I was quoted that it could take 2-3 weeks for my car to be fixed but pleasantly surprised it was done after 4 days. They communicated well with me- texted, called, and left a voicemail. My car came back cleaner than when I left it? I noticed there wasn’t dust on my dashboard or leaves by the gas pedal anymore. I think it shows a lot of care for someone to wipe and vacuum up my car without being asked and having my car returned back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. I was really impressed with the service and would consider coming back again if I lived closer. Commuting to federal way from Seattle is quite the trek. Also the receptionist was always nice and friendly, very easy to talk to. Overall I would recommend Lee’s.

Lee's completed a wonderful job on my 2016 KIA. I received it cleaner than when I purchased the car. I am so appreciative of a job well done. Thank you

When kids in our apartment complex decided to jump on car hoods, mine took considerable damage. I'd never had to file a claim before, let alone get auto body work done. I was beside myself. Lee's Automotive is a preferred vendor with my insurance company, and I am so incredibly thankful that I was referred to Lee's! The service was quick, the work done was incredibly clean and precise--great attention to detail--and they kept in touch with updates and completion time all along the way. The staff is super friendly and so, so sweet. Great at theirs jobs, too! Any questions I had were quickly answered, and concerns quickly put to rest, pricing and working with my insurance policy was an absolute breeze. Luis was so kind and flexible in working with my schedule for my car drop-off and pick-up. Fingers crossed that nothing like this happens again for a good, long while. But, if it does, I feel I will be in great hands again with Lee's Automotive. Thank you for your wonderful service!! :)
