This was by far the worst experience I’ve had, especially when it comes to customer service. I scheduled an appointment to have my tires changed and was given a clear ETA for when my truck would be ready. However, when I arrived exactly at the promised time, I ended up waiting over two hours. The manager had ordered the wrong tires, and the technicians had already installed them before realizing the mistake—without informing me until I asked. Eventually, when I picked up my truck with the new tires, another issue came up. The tire-pressure warning light started blinking on my dashboard and never went away. Firestone had damaged three of my sensors, and they were unable to fix the problem. I had to take my truck to Toyota, where it stayed for three days just to fix the mess Firestone created. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and costly.

I tried this place for the a/c recharge Groupon and will definitely come back for all future repairs. I know nothing about cars, and they were so kind and explained every part of what they were doing to the car in a thorough and polite way. Google Maps is slightly wrong in the directions, they are in unit B8, look for the flags that say alignment.

I use my car for business and brought it in for an alignment. They did a free inspection and found a damaged rear beam. Got it replaced at a fair price and the alignment was dialed in to factory specs. Great service—definitely recommend! And Half of price I told with other garage, very honest I like it
