First part of December 2025, I took my car in to get an oil change at eagle who I've been going to for 30 years, never had a problem. They always fixed everything I needed to be fixed and I've always bought my tires from them . When the original owner passed away his son took over, all of a sudden my oil changes doubled what I used to pay and to let you know my car is 25 years old. When his dad was running the place I always got the coupon discount every single time I was there on oil changes, my oil change was well over $89. Yeah they check everything supposedly. Not even 4 days after I got my oil change and they checked everything I was coming up highway 18 okay I just got up and got into Federal Way just crossed over 99 on the 348th and my car stopped right in the middle of the road and quit running. It was dark it was raining I did not know what to do. And a Federal Way police officer pulled up nicest person ever, I told him what happened and I told him I just had my oil change 4 days ago at eagle tire he says pop your hood well evidently when they were checking everything one of the big hoses that they took off and they put back they stripped the bolt that holds the hose onto my car and it popped off. The police officer fixed it the best he could just so I could get home my ex-husband had to follow me to eagle tire the next morning yes they fixed it but like the police officer said this should not have happened and if it would have came off when I was coming up highway 18 and all that traffic I could have been hurt in my car could have been destroyed. It definitely was their mechanics fault and for as many years 30 years I have taken every vehicle I own including my pickup truck to them I didn't even get an apology or hey will give you a free oil change next time.. being loyal to eagle for 30 years and that's what I get especially since I could have been hurt my car could have been destroyed if that thing would have came off on highway 18 how would I know. 30 years of loyalty means nothing to them anymore.. not since John passed.

Travis and Todd You guys are the best . I have a lot that needs to be done to my car but we found a starting point and you both took off running. What I appreciated the most was the customer service it was unmatched! I was referred by "Tony " who works there as well his is awesome as well. ( Thank you for the referral) and he didn't disappoint. The service started with the phone call Todd and Travis were so Professional and courteous I didn't know what to expect they called at every finding to advise me of the many issues with my car. Started the worse task and we are working our way down the list. Thank you for showing me that great customer service still exist. It's hard to find . Keep up the great work . Very Satisfied customer.

Had a great experience gettin my daughter’s car ready to move cross country. They checked everything and made recommendations. Her car is is new to her, but it’s 20 years old. It needed a lot of basic maintenance taken care of. It wasn’t cheap, but I left like they really gave me the best price and service they could. They told me which things could maybe wait, and which really were important at this time. I will feel much more comfortable setting out on the long drive after the work they completed. Communication was great.

Great experience. Todd was great in helping me find a good deal on new tires within my budget. I knew my car was going to need some mechanical repairs as well. The team there went over everything thoroughly so I was able to get a good breakdown of these along with quotes. Brianna at the front desk was friendly and SO helpful! She took the time to help me prioritize my needed repairs so I could come up with a plan to get them done! I highly recommend the team at Federal Way Eagle Tire and Automotive!

Problem is last week after 6 days of work. I had to pressure test my Vehicles to find that 3 of the 4 radiator hose clamps from the Altenator job wear seeping enough to have had drained the resevoir. QC is off I say. Good thing I'm skilled tooled enough to resolve such and issue that should not have happen. But initial contact and response was great. Time do work great. Military discount nice. I never gripe about price or time it takes. But checking your work is more valuable than speed. So I hope this only help them grow. It's the little thing that matter. Not the coins.
