Had an issue with AC not cooling properly, especially during midday heat. They found low refrigerant and a small leak in the line. It took two visits because the first refill didn’t hold, but they rechecked without charging extra labor. That follow-up impressed me. Now AC is working fine even in heavy traffic. Front staff could be a bit more responsive on phone though, had to call twice to get updates, but the mechanic work itself was solid and reliable.

My family has been coming to Brad for years. Honest man doing great work for a fair price, a rare gem these days. Might have to schedule a few weeks out because he's so popular with his regular customers, but I refuse to go anywhere else. He's the most honest mechanic I've worked with, and treats our family vehicles with so much care looking out for our safety. We love Brad.

First, this is to "Molly". You have to be confused. The Brad that I know is beyond honest. Brad replaced a "U" joint on the left front axle on my Ram Diesel 4 x 4. When I went to get my truck, I asked Brad the total cost, and he told me a price that was way less than what it should have been. When I questioned Brad about that, he said he made a mistake when he first told what it would cost, and that number stood. I told him that isn't right. I said to Brad that you say you made a mistake, but I can't let you repair my truck and have you loose money for the repair. He insisted, so I paid him, thanked him and left. I returned to Brads Automotive a couple days later with a thank you card and a $100 bill inside the card. That $100 wasn't even close what I really owed Brad, but he thanked me. If anyone can find a more honest Automotive repair than Brad's, you won't find one in Federal Way area.

I went here because of the high rating on Google. But Brad way overcharged me, for almost twice as much money as Jun from Jun's Auto. I don't find him trustworthy at all. Overpriced. I go to Jun's Auto now. Edit: check out the business reply! I'm sure Brad would love to pretend I'm the one who's wrong here! I have the receipt, buddy. $101.24 for an oil change. An OIL CHANGE. Wow, what a guy.
