I regret having to give only one star, as I really wanted to like this place that was recommended by a friend. I took my pickup truck to them for a tune up and told them I was having trouble with it starting. I asked if it could possibly have something to do with the fuel filter. The mechanic said it could be, and they would check it out. When I picked the vehicle up, and was paying my $600+ for the tune up they told me they had not changed the fuel filter from the fuel tank because they did not have the tool to do it. The woman at the desk said if they had tried to take it off it was in such bad condition they were concerned it would fall apart without the proper tool. But, she said they would get the tool and call me so I could bring it back in to finish up. This never happened. In the meantime (about two weeks later) I had another incident where the truck would not start. I stopped in to inquire as to the status of them having the tool to The finish the job. She did not remember the conversation we had or the phone call she was supposed to make. She said she would check with the mechanic again about the tool and get back to me. That was a week ago and my truck is still sitting in the driveway waiting for me to tow it down there if they can fix it. Unfortunately, I have now lost confidence in this business. I would like to add, after reading what feels like an AI response, putting the responsibility back on me to go back in after being told twice I would get a call. IMO a business with integrity would be calling ME to make this right. In all fairness, I am using my wife's Google account for this review. Last name Peterson...blue Ford Pickup.

I can’t speak highly enough of A2Z and the fantastic service I received. Maria, Alex, and the team were incredibly helpful to me and assured everything went smoothly even with my out-of-state insurance. They went the extra mile to make my turnaround time quick and they stand behind their work. They kept me informed at every stage of the process and were always responsive to my frequent inquiries. They truly are an example of what properly conducted business looks like, which is increasingly rare nowadays but i’m thankful to have found them. I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Just moved to town and thought I would try out the local auto shop for my new tires and also brakes and an oil change. Really excellent service and the prices are very reasonable. They got the job done in just a few hours. Would recommend to anybody looking for honest service and a great price.

My 4runner was in need of a tuneup asap. When I arrived first thing in the morning at A2Z the lot was full so I knew they were busy. As my ‘check engine’ light was on, Maria said they would definitely make the time to read the code and let me know. She called a few hours later and let me know she was texting an estimate. After reading the estimate and the work required I called back with a few questions and to add some maintenance. I signed off on the new estimate and assumed it would be a few days for the work to be finished. Maria called back just a few minutes before closing that very day and said my vehicle was ready to go. They even took the time to check through the list of other maintenance items I had inquired about such as brakes, fluids, coolant level etc…and mentioned I had a belt that was showing wear with cracks so I was able to those replaced 2 days later. I’m so pleased to have found this reliable and honest family owned business so close to home. Alex is knowledgeable and everyone I’ve encounter is warm and friendly.

They did a great job replacing my plugs and wires on my 2007 Expedition. And repired are major leak by replacing my AC condenser. And oil change. Vehicle is running better than the day I bought it.
