I've had positive experiences with Valley Automotive each time I have brought my truck in for service or repair. The staff is friendly and responsive. They made a great effort the last time my truck was in to ensure that I had it back before the weekend, which was much appreciated! Prices do seem to be a bit on the higher end, but with the cost of everything going up, its not surprising. My only caution would be that when you bring your vehicle in for a certain service/repair, they will complete an inspection and provide estimates on many other services and repairs they suggest. Make sure you read all of these carefully and dont feel pressured to get any unwanted services or repairs completed that you didnt request. Beyond that, the work itself has been satisfactory and my issues have all been addressed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Valley Automotive.

Valley Auto was able to accommodate quickly without an appointment for a CEL on my work truck. Got me back on the road within just a few days, they were very communicative and friendly throughout tbe process!

View on GoogleWorst experience I have ever experienced. Honesty is not part of their policey. I advice to not go here. 1. A oil gasket cover went from 7000.00 to 1,200.0. 2. Was told I had 2 oil leaks, pretty much a lie. 3. Stoled my Honda Oil cap. 4. Took my front rubber guard off, and stoled it. Loosening all the clips that held the under carriage one. Created a dangerous scenario for me. 5. Going to your shop was the worse experience ever. Thanks
