Matt's Import Haven performed a 30k Factory recommended full servicing for me. In the detailed quote, a couple of recommendations were made with an option to approve or pass. The staff was courteous and professional. Easy to work with and made me feel like the neighbor, I am. They did a thorough service and went over it in detail without rushing. I'm also confident that they were less expensive than the dealership I was going to go to on the mainland. Of course, I'll be back. They even did a tire repair for me.

We were tourists on Whidbey Island for just a few days when we had an unexpected small problem with our car.
