Had deer park diesel do 45% over injectors and a tune on my LLY Duramax and they have been nothing but awesome, any issue that I thought I had with the truck they would look at it and make sure and prove that their work is done perfectly and it is. Only had my truck for two days for a full injector job and a full tune on the pick up and got it back in fantastic condition. They show lots of care for what they do here and always make an effort to show that. Will be back for future work would recommend this shop to anyone!

They looked in to our RV’s problem exactly when they said they would. Using a little ingenuity they diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. When I went to pick up the RV they actually charged me less because diagnostic time was way less than anticipated. Super honest. Their price for my next oil change will be higher , but my last oil change at a different shop was the cause for my problem.
View on GoogleDeer Park Diesel has been such an excellent place to have my truck worked on! As a female, it is hard to find a place that doesn't try to bamboozle you, or treat you like an idiot! These people know what they are talking about and will go over everything, BEFORE they do the work! They even let you know what it will cost, options, give their expert opinion, and let you decide. Their estimates are so close to the actual bill that you dont get hit with unexpected higher price either! They will have my business for everything related to my truck! And they do more than just engine repairs. This has been the best repair shop I have found in over 20 years!!!
View on GoogleI needed a roof rack for my Ford f150 and DPD delivered. From ordering to installation the project was seamless and the staff courteous and professional. A job well done.
View on GoogleWARNING WARNING WARNING This shop Is dishonest and will not honor warranty. Over priced part swappers NOT mechanics. I have been taking heavy duty diesel trucks to shops for over 20 years and this shop is by far the worst. I took my truck a ram 3500 there over two years ago for normal maintenance and within a thousand miles, my engine blew. I had it towed back to deer park diesel to find out, my crankshaft was broken. According to them, I would need a new engine. This engine had less than a 120000 miles on it. The shop gave me a few options on how to proceed. I chose a replacement fully running crate Engine from Jasper, as they said, this would be the best option. After having the engine and rebuilt transmission installed, on my way home It was not running right and still is not running right almost 2 years later. It could not get to 70 miles an hour and it couldn't gain speed going up a hill. Their suggestion was that I needed a tuner because I must have had a tuner on the old engine, even though I didn't and it was stock, and that this corrupted my computer so I purchased the tuner as they said and had the shop set it up. The truck drove Okay for a while and then kept throwing codes with engine lights coming on and no power. Also the rocker box cover / valve cover leaked three times since it was installed and the transmission line came off among other problems as well. I had to take the truck back to their shop so many times I lost count. They never could figure out why to start light was coming on and why I didn't have power. Last time I took it in i went to start the truck and the batteries were dead because they left the ground cables loose and it ruined my batteries. I replaced the batteries and dropped it back off at deer park and told them what I had found. I asked them to put new ground terminals on because whoever was messing with them had ruined them. I assume them having to take the ground cable off over and over to keep doing work on this truck is what caused it. I was willing to pay for the parts and labor in order to have the new ground cables put on. I was just pointing out that someone in his shop had left them loose. The owner then said, I was lying and that they had no reason to disconnect ground cables, and that I was questioning his integrity and refused service to me. Remember I wasn't asking the shop to pay for anything.I was willing to pay for parts and labor. I wasn't questioning his integrity, but he showed that he clearly has none. Everyone knows You have to disconnect ground cables before you work on Engines, it's the first thing that you do so either. They didn't do that. And maybe we're causing all the issues or they did and didn't tighten them. Really That wasn't the issue. The issue is, I still don't have a running truck. Because they can't figure out what's wrong with it. Because they're not actually mechanics. Rather than continue to work on it and get paid by Jasper to try to figure it out, He just blamed me and gave up because he's not an actual mechanic, And can't figure it out. I spent almost $35,000 at their shop and still do not have a running vehicle. As a disabled veteran $35,000 is a lot of money. After my experience i'm not sure that they didn't cause my original engine to blow up in the first place. So if you trust deer park diesel, be prepared to lose everything. The owner is not trustworthy and they do not know what they're doing.
