Bought a car August 1st. Rarely drove the vehicle - only driving to and from work. Transmission was toasted within two months, mechanic said that doesn’t happen over night. By November 1st the car was no longer drive able . Leaking transmission fluid and oil. On top of a fried radiator. $4000 paper weight. Dealer knew I was a single mom of 3 kids and clearly did not care!
View on GoogleThey are a complete rip off! I took my truck in there to have a u joint replaced,they're so called mechanic completely destroyed my drive shaft,and my front driveline seal. They refused to make good on what they did. They had no problem taking my money,but refused to refund what they charged me,and the additional money it cost me to get it fixed elsewhere. I would steer clear of that place. They are fast talkers,and liars.

View on GoogleWent to this location for an oil change. Called first, and they were super nice and shared their prices with me, the synthetic oil price was comparable to what I’d paid in Spokane. So I bought my car in and dropped it off. They had me in and out in 40 or so minutes. They were friendly the entire time, I didn’t feel like I was being sold extras. When they called to let me know my car was almost done, they mentioned that my car was due for a new air filter and could use some new windshield wipers. They gave me the prices they’d offer and mentioned that they had a deal on their windshield wipers ($35 for the set) going on. I opted out of the air filter, that’s an easy fix I can do, but took them up on the windshield wipers. They were gracious about me saying no to a service. That’s huge for me, I hate feeling pressured into buying into a car service. Needless to say, I’ll be stopping by again. I liked the general attitude of the staff, the prices are good, and it’s so convenient to be able to get this work done in Cheney! The work they did also seems to be good.

In a world that seems full of rip off artist and apathetic rude businesses, this place distinguishes itself as a breath of fresh air. These guys were welcoming, efficient, and skilled automotive professionals. They fixed a headlight problem that I had given up on ever solving years ago, changed my wiper blades out and didn't overcharge me for parts or labor. They were fast and communicated thoroughly every step of way. I got my car back in much better condition than when it arrived. I didn't expect it to be so well taken care of but it was. Totally worth checking these guys out if you don't know already this is the place to go for your car maintenance in Cheney, WA.
