The Cheney Les Schwab Tire Center is the best! The manager, Sparky, sets the expectations of his team very high by setting an example of working very hard and being very friendly and professional. I have been having my tire needs performed at this location for over 21 years. The service is excellent and the quality of tires are great. An example of Sparky “going way above and beyond the line of duty” is when a soft drink got spilled on the floor in the very clean waiting area, Sparky got a mop and kindly and quickly mopped it up and got back to his job. I really admire a manager that does what ever it takes to get the mission done! Well done Sparky! You and your hard working Team of tire professionals Rock! I always recommend the Cheney Les Schwab Tire Center to all my friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in with a screw in my tire. They were very busy so it took 2-3 hours of waiting which I understood. I enjoyed their coffee and popcorn while sitting at an outside picnic table with my little dog and when it was done I was told that they didn't even have to patch it and I was on my way free of charge!. I have always been treated kindly by LS staff and will continue to go to this location. Keep up the good work!

I got about 30,000 miles and 11 months worth of use out of a $1,200 set of premium Continental tires and my warranty claim was denied. What was most frustrating was the warranty process. I was initially told the claim was being denied because the vehicle had not been aligned. After I provided proof of the alignment, I was then told the claim was being denied because the tires had not been rotated. Don’t waste you money on premium tires it’s not worth the hassle and all the needed documentation.

Quality and excellence are definitely something you can expect. I have always found they are fast and efficient and treat everyone like a friend. I have used at least a half dozen location and it's the same great service across the board.
View on GoogleI’m from out of town with a flat tire . It’s a Les Schwab tire the have a warranty. Was told long wait but I could drive to another one if I did not want to wait over 3 hours. Nearest one is next town over so I guess I drive my tire down to rim so they don’t have to be covered under the warranty? If your wonder the tire was extremely flat
