1st time customer. I called them in a panic when my engine wouldnt start. They got me in and back on the road same day! Quality service. I plan to go back for oil change and brakes in the near future.

Dave’s Auto is an awesome, family owned business. They do great work, at fair prices and stand behind everything. We’ve had them do body and paint work on our Suburban, turned out great. They have also done a complete Air Conditioning system in my 2011 Dodge Ram, and most recently a new transmission in our Suburban. They complete the work in a timely manner and always come in at or below their estimate. Highly recommend them!

Daves Auto repair shop provided outstanding service. My family and I were on the road and experienced failure of the alternator outside of Cheney. We called Daves auto repair, they made the effort to get our vehicle scheduled, repaired and we were back on the road within 3 hours of dropping it off, and the cost was fair and reasonable especially considering we had little alternatives. the service counter was friendly and they took time to give the vehicle a once over to make sure we were road worthy! I highly recommend this repair shop. Thank you Agnar and team!

So I HAD to call these people to find out my car was too "filthy" in an emergency situation when they had to do work UNDER the car not in it. They decided it was ok to not call me to tell me they wouldn't be able to work on my car and just let it sit which is very unprofessional and honestly unacceptable when you need your car for employment... medical appointments.. etc. I'll admit my car was dirty (after weeks of not being at home) but if it wasn't an emergency I wouldn't have left it as such. (If they called to let me know it was a problem I would have proptly fixed it) What should have been an easy fix was turned away and ignored by everyone that works here which could have been fixed with a phone call. But I of course had to reach out to them to find this out because of their lack of communication. I ended up picking it back up and starting from scratch. All and all yall just need to communicate with your clients more. It's apparently been a problem in the past so DEFINITELY look into them before you trust them at ALL.

When I needed to have a simple wheel bearing replaced, we took our car here because it was local and I didn't want to drive very far. We scheduled an appointment to have it dropped off a week before and when we dropped it off he said he'd have an estimate in about a day. IT WAS ALMOST A WEEK BEFORE HE EVEN LOOKED AT IT. When we called for the estimate he didn't even have it and said he would call back with it before the end of the day and never did. We went to pick it up to take it to another shop and he finally gave me a list of VERY expensive parts that supposedly needed to be replaced and even said it would have taken another couple weeks or so before they could have even gotten to it! The website said even more complex repairs had an estimated wait time of 120 minutes. It's incredibly misleading. They claim it's " that time of year" but you shouldn't keep booking if you can't get to it or you should at least be honest with your customers about the length of time it will take for repairs. I use my vehicle for work and my family missed out on almost two weeks worth of pay because of this! I have also managed an auto parts store, so I know enough to know when somebody is just trying to rip people off. I took it to another shop and it was fixed within a day for under $400, when he quoted me OVER $2000! THIS REPAIR SHOP IS A SCAM, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
