Riverside Automotive Service & Repair

I had Riverside Automotive work on my sxs. There was extremely fast ,professional and reasonable. There's so many shop out there want quote you a price that the labor is 2 or 3 times whats the time they actually spend on it. Riverside Automotive is not like that.

i had a flat tire leaving sleepaway camp and needed air and they had no hesitation helping me out and telling me where the nearest repair shop would be thank you!!

Best service I've had in years! I just had my old truck serviced for a long trip and they did a marvelous job the technician was knowledgeable and did a really through job at a very reasonable price . I now have a mechanic I can trust and just hope he stays here cause I'd have to follow him where he goes!! Thank you so very much Sharon martin

This is the absolute worst place. DO NOT GO HERE. Not only are they never open. When they are open the lady is the most disrespectful, rude, ignorant employee I've yet to encounter. I have had 3 incidents with this women and all three times she has been disgusting towards me and other customers. Ma'am. If you hate your job. Find a new one. In case your wondering. Dropping off uhauls is a huge inconvenience until she realized the money signs. If something doesn't work or have a price it's your problem not hers. If you need propane when they are Open, and don't close for the next 30 mins. Don't bc she won't lift a finger. If I could leave a 0 i would. Extremely unprofessional

My daughter had originally had a breakdown and they were the closest shop. The repair went well and they informed us there were some codes that needed to be addressed. My daughter elected to not take care of it the time and she broke down again again shortly after a valuable lesson for her in the future. We did some work to determine the issue and reached back out they offered to take a look but since they were so far we took it elsewhere they did the same dianosis work we did and quoted 3500 to get their proposed fix. I rented a transport and got the car up to Riverside they were able to get her back on the road for less than 300. They went over the work that still needs to be done that they couldn't take care of but were incredibly knowledgeable with the years of experience this father son duo has. This is a family business and while it may look a little rough on the outside this is a hidden gem and one of the few places you can trust that they will do whats needed not what can be sold. I highly recommend these guys for anyone who may not be highly knowledgable and are worried about being taken advantage of. They are behind the gas station and not affiliated, so ignore the reviews related to the rude attendant or the uhaul rentals.
