Scott's CLASSIC Quality Brake & Muffler

Scott’s Classic Quality Brake & Muffler completely lost my trust. I expected professional workmanship and customer service, but received neither. What should have been a straightforward job turned into an unnecessary headache. Instead of taking ownership when problems arose, the shop’s response was to ask for more money. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how they treat customers after they’ve already been paid. I was especially disappointed by the lack of unwillingness to work toward a fair solution. Customer satisfaction seemed to be an afterthought, and accountability was nowhere to be found. There are too many honest and reputable shops out there to waste your time and money here. I won’t be back, and I would strongly encourage others to do their homework before trusting this business with their vehicle.

Took car in for check engine light and got info I could actually understand. Chris covered the front and was able to explain to me (so I could understand) what exactly was going on. Very professional and reasonable. I had taken my Mazda to the dealer in March, paid a lot to reset code and was told by them no issues. Exactly 30 days later, same issue with the same code. Mazda did nothing to fix the problem (the evap charcoal was plugged). Thank you guys for your help today). Scott, Chris, you made a little old lady's day. You want honesty and trust -- try them. Easy in, easy out, and very down to earth.

My 85 Mustang GT was in great need of custom exhaust work, I always wanted to check these folks out so I called on a Monday a few weeks ago and they had me in the next morning. The front office gal totally understood what I wanted, came back after short inspection and gave me a very fair estimate that they stood by. The builder did exceptional work, made me a fantastic mid-pipe to go with my long tube BBKs then plumbed in Super 44s, my preferred mufflers for a well built small block Ford with borderline ridiculous cam. I was in the middle of repair work so I brought the car in with a new carburetor that was not adjusted at all, no driver door panel (replaced window motor) and the car would not idle once the choke kicked down. No one complained about the misery I probably caused to the poor guy who had to drive the car into the shop. They did a full system from the headers back and the welding/design and fit was incredibly well done. Even before I adjusted the carburetor I could hear pure sweetness. After adjusting the carburetor and a new door panel later people are literally coming to the car to compliment the sound because it is absolutely the best out of a 3 Mustang selection. I tell them who did it and if they like the sound that they should see the work. It's perfect and I didn't even meet the master artist who put it together. I am genuinely satisfied by this shop, they make me want to buy another V8 Mustang just so I could have them build me another. I have never had so many people approach me to compliment the exhaust and ask who did it. The price was VERY fair and they have earned a return customer for as long as they are in business, that is in addition to a few friends and family, especially my son, a very picky enthusiast with plenty of gear to have this rare shop do his exhaust. I can't thank them enough for it, just outright terrific job. I should bring it back just so they can hear this car after adjusting the carburetor, well done Scott!

We have had 3 of our cats bright here for upgraded exhaust. Scott is very professional and does a great job. His team is very efficient and has gotten our cars done same day each time.

Scott, his techs & staff are great. I first brought my '15 Tundra TRD PRO here when my Catalytic converters were stolen. They did a great job fixing & installing my after market Cat's & the converter protection that I bought. So yesterday, I had some after market stuff done & they did a great job as expected. The are always busy because they do great work, they won't take advantage of you. There's a reason they have repeat customers. I would give them 10 stars 🌟 if I could.
