The negative reviews are a little crazy here. I sent in a dash cluster for my 1998 Chevrolet express 3500 which is a small box truck I use for my mobile grooming van. It was really important that I get it back quickly, as of course I can’t drive without my dash cluster .I shipped it, and it arrived on Monday at 10:30 AM. **I will say it was slightly difficult getting a hold of someone. I called on Tuesday, wanting to know if they could upgrade the lights to LEDs, But I couldn’t get a response on the phone so I sent an email. I DID get a response within 24 hours via email. When I tried calling the day after my first email, I finally had someone answer the phone. Customer service was very friendly** I received a thorough email stating everything they did to the cluster and what issues they DID fix, And an explanation of why other issues were not linked to the dash cluster. I got a notification on Wednesday that my cluster was being sent back, And I received it Thursday afternoon. The cluster looked BRAND NEW, I was shocked and did not expect that! On top of all Of the recalibrating and internal fixes, they cleaned it and updated the dials! Even the light up part that has my mileage on it was updated and it looks so nice. I absolutely will be sending in another cluster!
