I had Julio come out for an estimate, he came same day on time and gave a very good estimate to get a sunroof replaced. We agreed on a time and a price, he showed up on time, did a very good job and was super friendly and easy to deal with. I had my bumper painted and replaced and i had Green autobody polish and detail my truck, Green autobody told me it would take two days, I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 6 pm on a Saturday. One hour prior I received a message from Green autobody that I needed to bring $2000 in cash to get my truck back, they told me that they take Cards when I agreed to have them do the work. I refused to because my credit union was closed I got and Uber to Green auto body and demanded my truck back. I took my truck back it was not finished and parts were missing, the following morning I looked and my truck and the paint was destroyed the new paint was like an orange peel not smooth, I have gotten estimates to repair my truck in the thousands of dollars, I sent Green autobody the estimates and their response was to treaten me with a 25% penalty every day on the bill. Be very careful if you are considering using Green autobody their work is sub standard and they cannot be trusted Update Oct 23rd I took my truck to two body shops in the area to get an estimate to repair the damage done by Green autobody, both shops refused to give me a quote, one shop owner told me it's the worst paint job he has ever seen, he told me that it was never sandded down and taht it was just painted over the original paint, I am waiting on an estimate from him, he told me everything has to be stripped down to the metal because of the damage done by Green autobody Update October 28th I got an estimate from a local body shop in puyallup to repair the damage done by Green autobody Estimate is $4494.00 that how bad green autobody damaged my truck, I will have to rent a truck for 10 days while they repaint my truck. I will also have attorney fees as green autobody will not want to pay, I will fileva claim on their insurance and also file with the state on their bond to recover the cost off everything. In response Green autobody The fact that two auto body shops would not even give a estimate to correct the damage done by Green autobody tells you all you need to know about the quality off the work Green autobody did on my truck, they are trying to cover their asses because they know what they did, I will post before and after photos of my truck and the estimate I have to repair the damage done by Green autobody.
