This has been the best place i have ever had my vehicle repaired at. I am very knowledgeable about cars, however I am fortunate to no longer have to bust my knuckles on a vehicle. All the work done here with chad, Todd, Brandon & Zach. Has been nothing but transparent and honest. Highly recommended. UPDATE: AS OF JUNE 2026 I am on car #2 and I am sill an appreciative customer. Took care of my bmw equally as my for edge. Great versatility in this shop.

My baby needed loads of work to get back on the road. This is the first time I felt like I wasn't taken advantage of by a mechanic. They worked with me way better than I could have hoped. I look fwd to future business with them. My dad would approve and that's better than and 5 Starr review! I will take all my vehicles there, I wish they worked in bikes too.

Got my alignment done today. Service was exceptional! My phone call was answered in no time. I had to re-schedule my appointment and that was easy. They took my car in minutes after I came to my appointment. I had some additional questions that were answered. I had a lifted vehicle with a lift and that wasn’t a problem. The technician explained everything to me after he was done. I called about 4 other shops before picking this one and Im happy with my choice.

I ordered a set of tires early in the day and was told they would text me when they arrived the next day. To my surprise the same afternoon I received a text the tires showed up. I called to confirm the tires were actually there and the very pleasant person said they were and that I could get them installed the same day. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and treated me like they were glad I was a customer. This is the second time I've had them do work and will be back.

I recently had a battery issue with my truck. I bought a new one from Dick's and installed it. It worked great for a while then it would not start. As if the battery was dead. I took the battery back and they checked it and found it was good. Reinstalled it and nothing. Called and talked the manger Allen ( I believe). and he send out a Technician to help and that did not work. So I had the truck towed to the shop and they discovered a loose battery cable. The level of service and customer care that this store is unmatched anywhere! I am a customer for life. If want outstanding customer service and high quality parts. Always go to Dick's Tire Factory!
