Cleanest shop lobby I have ever been to anywhere in NoVa. Super friendly staff and great pricing. Finished my work order within 2 hrs and I was on my way to the office. I highly recommend Quantico Tire and highly suggest you support this exceptional local small business. Even though they didn’t have my tire in stock, they still came up with solutions to help me make it home safely. They went above and beyond to help me, and I really appreciate it we came up with a plan. They’re awesome!
View on GoogleThe team at this location did a wonderful job performing a flat repair on my vehicle. Edwin at the front desk was very professional and polite. I would just like to mention two small things that would've made the experience even better if they hadn't happened: 1. Upon receiving my vehicle, the wheel on the tire that was serviced was EXTREMELY dirty. My wheels were moderately clean upon arrival so this wheel really stood out compared to the others. It was just a bit of an inconvenience having to clean this one wheel when I got home. 2. Upon receiving my vehicle, the tire valve stem cap was missing on the tire that was serviced. Edwin at the front desk was kind of enough to give me a replacement, but it wasn't the original cap. I understand that sometimes the cap could be defective but that wasn't the case with my service. Having to replace custom stem caps could be an inconvenience for customers. Other than these two small things, Edwin and Tyler did an excellent job.
