Had to get 4 new tires installed. They were having a special that included a full synthetic oil change. Dropped off my car first thing and they had all 4 tires, alignment, and oil change completed for $497.00 by 11:00. Everyone was kind, polite and professional. Informative check out process and paper work. Will definitely give them another opportunity for service in the future. Only “negative” thing is there is some random gunk on two of the new tires. Personally do not care but some people may.

They are outstanding and treat you like you are family . When I came in with my new truck they work hard to get the tires right and order what I need . They all are great to deal with and Ms Leigh Ann was pleasent to talk to. Mr Al did a great job at making everything work . I will spread the news everywhere. Thank you Mr Kelly for everything. This is a great business.

TireDiscounters in Salem is my hero along with Leigh Ann and her wonderful team! We were visiting on Spring Break and found out we had a tire going flat the morning we were leaving to go to our school’s Championships in Petersburg. Leigh Ann worked us in immediately, they quickly found the nail in our tire, got our tire patched, and got us back on the road. This incredible team made it possible for us to make it safely to the Championship on time!
