NTB-National Tire & Battery

Never again will I take my car to this shop. The appointment was at 2 pm to replace and balance 2 rear tires. I was the second car on the Bay. They finished at 5:15 pm. After verifying with the dealer and discount tire which two 2 tires should be rotated to the front because of the thread count NTB did the opposite. The dealer and discount simply didn't have the Goodyear tire so I stupidly scheduled with NTB because of proximity. Never again!! They literally got rid of two of my good tires and blatantly stated they were all worn out evenly.

I brought my vehicle in for a difficult and unique situation, and this shop handled it exceptionally well from start to finish. The team was professional, prompt, and very fair with pricing. No pressure and no unnecessary upselling, just honest and efficient service. They took the time to assess the issue carefully and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Honestly it created more headaches for them to deal with it, then for myself. Special thanks to Sebastian, Steven, and O’Brian for their professionalism and attention to detail. It’s not easy to find a mechanic shop that can handle challenging situations while still delivering great customer service and reasonable pricing, but this team absolutely does. Highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting, and I had a great experience. The staff was efficient, professional, and friendly from start to finish. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome, and the entire process was smooth. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Alex was wonderful. My husband and I are from Pennsylvania. And our tires where starring to fray and we needed tires in a pinch. Alex gots us in and our within 2 hours. With 4 new tires and an alignment. Under 800 dollars. And he gave us some recommendations for visiting Richmond for the first time. Thank you for all your help you saved our trip.

I came in for two tires and a front end alignment. The team found that a previous mechanic did not have my ball joints installed properly they were able to fix the issue so that I don’t die going down the road. Kinda crazy. Anyhow I’m just glad my car is safe now.
