Oh man! The service was great. I came in as a walk-in at 11:00 a.m. They gave me an appointment for 1:00 p.m. That worked out great. The service was quick and on time. Very professional business like people there.
View on GoogleThe Mr. Tire in Roanoke is more professional. If you have a chance avoid this Mr. Tire and go out of town. I went to this location for a tire rotation but kept having issues with my alignment, this location told me to change my tires. I decided to take my car to one of the roanoke and found out that the reason my alignment was not helping was because several suspension parts were giving to much play and needed to be replaced. I was also told that the alignment needed to be slightly adjusted because it wasn’t completely aligned. After parts were replaced, I went back to this Mr tire and recently learned that they replaced their entire alignment machine recently. Why, the 2 star? It would have been nice to not only know that my car needed new parts before the alignment was done, but it would have been nicer if they reached out to me to let me know that their alignment machine was not working properly and further offered a free alignment. Not only did I waste more money in the long run but now I know that I cannot trust them to know exactly what they are doing. The guy that works in front is a creep and the three times that I went into this location, someone kept connecting to my phones Bluetooth from my car.

View on GoogleOur experience was awesome! The need arose and our regular sources were closed or could not take care of it. Mr. Tire gave us a 10 am appt. and had us fixed and out in 2 hrs. Thank you Mr. Tire
