Bill saved our vacation. Multiple problems with our rental RV from the well known nationwide company! All the costs go directly to them. Bill even came out to our campground to bring us a heater for the night when he was waiting on parts for the next day. Genuinely nice guy and super knowledgeable!

We were here today as we had a problem with our water pump (RV). Totally nice guy who fixed the problem in just 1-2 hours, we could use the shuttle to bridge the short time. Highly recommended!

Called Bill and he was just a complete child and is super unprofessional. I do not know how he is even able to run a business... I told him that I was not available tomorrow and he flipped out and started acting like a child

Bill was a huge help, we cannot recommend him highly enough. Our brakes had been making increasingly terrible noises for a few hundred miles and we were concerned about the drive back to California. We called on a Thursday afternoon, left a voicemail, and he had us in the next morning. He fixed the problem while we spent the day in the park, and for a fee that was VERY reasonable. His shop is right next to shuttle stop 8, so it’s easy to get to and from. Reading the other reviews it looks like we’re not the first visitors whose vacation he’s saved, and I’m sure we won’t be the last!
