R&R Automotive Repairs

Someone there damaged my wheels during brake service and no one let me know a mistake had happened. Also, even though I scheduled a whole day for brakes and rotor replacement, they didnt have parts on hand and had to keep my car an additional day. No loaner offered. Update: Found long scratches (pic attached) on my trunk this morning. These too are scratches that happened at R&R as they removed 2 items from my trunk while they had my car for 2 days. Update: R&R replied to this review to say they would address these issues, however, no one has yet to contact me to make this right.

I had a great experience with R&R Automotive. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain what was going on with my truck and made sure I understood the repairs. What really stood out was how quickly they got everything done without cutting corners. My truck was fixed fast and, more importantly, fixed right. It’s running better than ever now. I’ll definitely be going back to them for any future work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

Honest mechanic at a reasonable price! They’re popular, so you often have to schedule a while in advance, but it’s because they’re a good mechanic that won’t screw you over. They recommend additional services like any other mechanic, but they’re not pushy and they’re happy to email you more information so you can make a decision later. This morning I was in and out for my appointment within an hour, and I got the smallest bill I’ve ever had at a mechanic. The girl at the front desk was lovely to deal with as well. Would recommend!

I had just moved in the area and had no idea who to go to for an alignment. Not only did they do a great job there, they fixed a weird sound from an at home car repair I did with my boyfriend and were able to give me a quote on tires that was a full $400 less expensive than the cheapest quote Costco was able to give. Amazing service, felt very taken care of, and now my brother and his wife are interested in taking their vehicles there after my experience.

Super happy with our experience coming here. The staff is awesome and even though the car was too expensive to fix they were helpful with places that would buy our car as is and they gave us a bunch of helpful info to help us out. They were honest and communicated with us in a timely manner and hopefully not any time soon but if we ever need more repairs we will 100% bring our cars here.
