Great experience with G2. Chris and the others were very friendly and open with information. To be completely transparent, prices did seem perhaps a little high - but the service was fantastic. Their diagnostics were very thorough and I received a text message with a complete report with pictures and video. The quote also comes by text, with the ability to accept or decline each service. Best for us on the day was they’re super convenient to my location and did an incredible amount of work, taking it in at 8 with completion by 4 the same day.

I had the best experience at this place - from first phone call until I picked up my car. I chose G2 based on their website. Had my car towed in close to closing time on a Friday. Id been towed two other times in the same month to dealership as well as another “certified” shop over same issue with no success. Each time they changed a fuse and told me they thought it was keys then probably the computer…maybe. That was the next step. They got their $ and sent me on my way, to get stranded over and over. I was convinced they were wrong and once again found myself searching a place that would actually fix my car. When I got word from G2 that they had not found any reason for the no start and were thinking it needed a more in depth diagnostics of electrical, which would probably lead to a new computer, I almost cried. I was ready to call them back when I received another message saying to forget what they’d said, they had found the problem and fixed it!!! They hadn’t just gotten it started, presented an invoice and sent me along to get stranded again. They FIXED IT! It was that little bit of “let me try one more thing” that made the difference. They were willing to go a bit further than the others and fixed my car!!! They could’ve quit like the other places (who had charged me substantially for diagnostics on the best equipment - or so they said) and I would’ve been forced to accept it and pay out another $4k for a computer I didn’t need. After all, I was at the end of the line and at their mercy. It only took that little bit of extra push. Luck? No I don’t think so.I think it was more about knowing cars, being thorough and doing a job right. I will always use G2 for any and all future work on my Honda. They have proven their character and that’s invaluable. Thank you Norita, John & Gary.
