The service advisor was very nice and professional, which I appreciated. However, after my tire rotation I noticed the tire pressures were not set evenly. I was told two tires had different pressure, but they were not adjusted to match the recommended PSI across all four tires. I would expect that after a rotation, all tires are set to the proper and equal pressure for safety and performance.
View on Google⭐️ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointed with Waxahachie Service Center (Auto Service Department) I pulled in with my MIL (check-engine light) on and a specific transmission code showing. From the moment I walked in, the entire department gave off the vibe that they really didn’t want to be bothered. The younger service advisor barely looked up and immediately hit me with, “Just a heads up—it’ll be 3–4 weeks before we can even get to it, and we don’t have a loaner vehicle for you.” No apology, no attempt to help, no offer to check availability at another location, no courtesy shuttle—nothing. Whether they’re short-staffed or just don’t care, the complete lack of customer support was shocking. Especially after you have spent the amount of money on these vehicles. Frustrated, I called Pegasus Dealership in Ennis on the same day (Friday). They said “absolutely, bring it in.” By Tuesday they had it diagnosed, the part ordered, and the following Friday the truck was finished—brand-new valve body installed and back on the road. Same problem, two dealerships, night-and-day difference in service and speed. I will never bring another vehicle to Waxahachie Service Center. If you need honest, timely transmission or drivability work, skip the long wait and go straight to Pegasus. They actually care about getting you back on the road.
View on GoogleDropped my truck off Jan 27th. I picked it up Friday March 6th. The technicians at your dealership need to be trained on proper diagnostic procedures, instead of trying to throw a 14,000 engine at a stuck oil control valve. As a former technician, trained to DIAGNOSE issues and fix problems, Legacy Chevrolet is by far and away one of the worst service department experiences I have had.
