Best shop in waxahachie hands down. Wrecked my car during the snow storm and only have liability insurance. Contacted this company for a quote to Atleast make my vehicle look decent again. They gave me a super fair quote (better than I could’ve imagine) and we proceeded with the repairs. I had frame damage and a lot of realignment that needed to be done! These guys got it done within 3 days! This was an out of pocket expense (no insurance involved) and DID NOT break the bank. Owner definitely took care of me! Great guy and great company. Before calling Lone Star Collision, I contacted two other major collision centers in Waxahachie, and both immediately asked what insurance I had. It was discouraging and made me feel like I was just another claim number. Then I spoke with Marcella at Lonestar Collision, and everything changed. Marcella was compassionate, professional, and truly cared about what we were going through being down a vehicle. She explained what makes Lonestar Collision different and walked me step by step through the process so I always knew what to expect. When I told her the car wasn’t drivable, she arranged for a tow truck to be at my home the very next morning. The towing company was just as professional and kept me updated until the car arrived safely at the shop. Lone Star Collision kept us informed throughout the entire repair and handled everything directly with our insurance company. The repair took a little longer than expected because our vehicle is a brand-new 2025 model and required dealership-ordered parts and calibration—but the wait was worth it. When we got the car back, it looked exactly like the day we drove it off the lot. Anytime I had to leave a message, my calls were returned quickly(by the owner a couple of times!) and every staff member I spoke with already knew what was happening with my vehicle. That level of organization and communication is exceptional. Marcella is truly the superstar of Lonestar Collision, and her care and professionalism made all the difference. I will gladly recommend Lonestar Collision to anyone who needs quality, trustworthy repairs.

Lonestar Automotive Collision did a great job of restoring my truck after a crash leading to significant damage. When my insurance company seriously considered totaling my truck, Lonestar worked with them to repair the damages and get me back on the road. My 2009 Dodge Ram looks like a brand new truck!
