Kwik Kar has great customer service, would love for the guys to wash their hands or use a rag to open and close the car door though. I have to wipe everything off, steering wheel included once I get home. But other than that I keep going back because they are pretty speedy and great customer service at the counter.

In my experience, customer service at oil change shops can often be lacking, but that was absolutely not the case here. Today’s visit truly made an impression and solidified me as a loyal customer. I highly recommend this location!
View on GoogleGreat place. I had gone to a valvoline place down the street for an inspection. I could tell the valvoline place wasn't following the instructions, and the inspection was failing. I came to Kwik Kar and they did it right the first time and with a great attitude. I'll definitely come back. Mason is a great guy.

View on GoogleGreat, polite, fast service. They told me the things that need attention on my car without being pushy or hard sell in any way. That was a nice surprise. Update: The people at Kwik Kar were nice and they were quick to change the oil. But I posted my first review too early. Two big issues 1. They didn’t attach the oil filter right and it fell off, draining the car of oil. I didn’t discover it until the next morning. They did replace the lost oil filter and oil at no charge so the only real problem was lost time, fortunately. Could have been much worse. 2. When checking the air filters, they accidentally dislodged something related to the evaporator. A few days later the check engine light came on. I took it to a real mechanic whole diagnosed the problem, fixed it for almost $150. When I picked up the car he asked if I had had the oil changed recently and said the problem most likely occurred when they checked the air filter. Nice folks at Kwik Kar but I will never go there again.
