If I could give zero stars, I would. My problems started when I brought my 2016 Ford F-350 in to have the power steering pump replaced. The pump was replaced, but it never worked properly. I had to bring the truck back two additional times, and each time I was charged again. The explanation I was given was that NAPA Auto Parts provided a bad pump—which would mean three bad pumps in a row, something I find extremely hard to believe. Despite that experience, I gave him another chance. I also brought in my classic Monte Carlo, which had no major issues and simply needed some light work to get it running. I trusted him because he had other classic cars in his shop. Instead, my car sat there for almost two years with no meaningful progress before I finally picked it up. On top of that, a friend of mine paid $5,000 to have an engine rebuilt on his Camaro. When he got the car back, multiple dashboard warning lights were on, and there was no clear explanation. Not long after, the car broke down again, raising serious concerns about whether the work was actually done. Based on my experience and what I’ve seen happen to others, I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Holder Automotive Repair. The repeated charges, long delays, and unresolved issues point to a serious lack of professionalism. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
