Highly recommend Gonzalez Family Auto—especially Javier—for any auto repair needs. From the start, Javier was transparent about everything that could potentially be wrong with our vehicle and clearly explained the possible costs. Thankfully, it turned out to be the less expensive scenario, but what really stood out was his honesty and professionalism throughout the process. It’s not every day you find someone you can truly trust with your vehicle. I’ll definitely be returning to him for any future service needs.

Brought my Honda Accord to Gonzalez Family Auto after a local Honda dealership quoted me a price of $3000 to repair suspension issues. Javier and Heather quoted me an excellent price for the repairs. After taking my car in, I received a call from Javier that the work that was quoted by the Honda dealership was not even required. It was a bogus quote & the work was not even needed. Javier saved me a lot of money by telling me in good faith the truth and the Honda dealership was not honest with their quote. He even had another mechanic to look at my car to make sure and the conclusion was the same. Because of Javier's honesty, he will always be my auto repair guy. Integrity is everything!!! Thank God for honest people at Gonzalez Family Auto!!!

Brought my truck in for a coolant leak on a Saturday morning around 10, and these guys had the issue diagnosed within about five minutes. They confirmed it was a cracked radiator and had everything repaired and ready to go by around 5 the same day, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Before coming here, I had a mobile mechanic spend about 30–45 minutes trying to diagnose the issue and couldn’t pinpoint it. These guys figured it out almost immediately, which really shows the difference that experience and proper equipment make. What really stood out was how they treated me throughout the process. Even on the phone, he spent about 10 minutes helping diagnose the problem and had a pretty good idea of what it was before I even arrived. I’m not very familiar with cars, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or talked down to. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. The whole place has a strong family-owned feel, and they treat you like you matter, not just another job. Pricing might seem a little higher than some places, but you’re absolutely getting what you pay for in terms of professionalism, speed, and quality. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing honest and reliable work!

Don't go anywhere else. Period. To say that this gentleman went above and beyond is an understatement and doesn't give enough credit. Nothing i say here will adequately express my gratitude and explain just how blown away I am by how far above and beyond this man (and his family) went for us. A friend and I are visiting for a cheer camp and had some major vehicle issues since arrival - I'm talking domino effect level bad. So, a gentleman at Autozone gave us the card and sent us to Javier. From the moment we arrived, I just knew everything was in good honest hands. He treated us like we were family... and even after fixing the main issue, this man and his family came to our rescue hours later when a completely unrelated vehicle issue happened leaving us stranded (because... just our luck, right?). There are not enough moments in life when you sit back at the end of the day and say "my faith in humanity is restored" - but today was one of those thanks to the team at Gonzales. Thank you - from the bottom of my heart - for making a series of unfortunate events somehow turn into a story of how there are still really incredible people in this world.

Javier helped me get my truck up and running in a very timely manner, water pump went out on my truck along with a coolant hose. Dropped it off on Saturday, he was able to get it taken care of the same day but had to wait for a part which wasn’t available until Monday. He came in on his day off to put it on. He went above and beyond to get my truck back to me and I’m very thankful for the honest work he does! 10/10 would recommend. Definitely earned a customer for life.
