My 2012 Honda Civic was starting to make a squealing sound when I would use the brakes while in reverse. I called Cruz, and he quoted me $400 for front brakes and another $400 for the back brakes, depending on if only one set or both were bad. He had an appointment available for 8:00 the very next day. So I drove it in to Cruz Services (for my appointment on 8-20-2024) and explained to Cruz that I was hearing the sound from the back of the car. He took the Civic into the shop right away and diagnosed and fixed it. It took about an hour and 40 minutes, and then it was ready to go. It turned out that it was only the rear brakes for now, with the front brakes still having a bit left on them, so I won't need to bring the Civic back in for that for a few more months. That suited me just fine and was better on my budget. The charge was $400, just as he had quoted over the phone.

2025: Great, friendly people. Very helpful. Willing to work with you. Seem to be honest, Christian people. Helped us out financially. Spotted a serious problem that we didn't even know existed but could've been dangerous. I knew car was responding oddly but didn't know what it was. Did not say anything but they found it. Car handles like it should now. So thankful they found it before it caused a wreck. We'll go back the next time we have an issue. Fair & honest. UPDATE 2026: Had a different issue. Took car & left it with Cruz 3 times, each time the car sat for 3-4 days & was never looked at. 3rd strike & you're out in my opinion. So disappointed because he kept putting others before us, even when we made arrangements ahead of time to have it checked. Now looking for someone that's honest & will do some necessary repairs
View on GoogleCruz did repairs for me and I spent nearly 3K. The repairs were not properly resolved and the AC didn’t ever work for me. While they had my vehicle they broke the steering wheel. He said he would repair for free if I paid 200.00-300.00 for the part. They broke it. Anyway think twice before using them.

He did exactly what he said they would at the price he quoted me. Every one there was friendly and very professional. I will definitely go back.
