Took my 2003 TJ Wrangler in for engine light came on. They text me and told me several wires and fell down and hit the exhaust manifold and shorted out as well as the oil sensor wire. They replaced the wires soldered ones that could be soldered back did an excellent job engine light went out. I spent $3000 at Waxahatchie Chrysler Jeep. They told me they couldn’t fix it. I highly recommend Christian Brothers finding wires and not charging me $3000 and telling me they couldn’t find anything is ridiculous. KC handled everything for me at Christian Brothers. He also gets a five star rating. Great communication constantly on top of daily activity until your vehicle was ready.

Had them diagnose a fluid leak in my pickup. Turned out I needed a water pump. They recommended thermostat replacement, brake fluid replacement and an oil change. Even though the oil had just been changed less than 500 miles prior. All told, $3,500 for the pump, thermostat and brake fluid change. Kind of pricey, but the truck is still running. Repairs were done in 2 days.

Do your research before letting them repair your vehicle! I needed two O2 sensors replaced in my truck, they charge $209 for a diagnostic fee which (DOES NOT) count towards the repair. One of the sensors they wanted to charge $395, and the second sensor they wanted to charge $295 NOT including labor. I proceeded to go to the Ford dealership and order both sensors, and both OEM sensors from Ford were cheaper! One sensor from Ford was $162.73, and the second one was $129.09. Please research before dropping off your vehicle, because they are VERY VERY pricey, hopefully this can help someone out who does not have tons of money to pay for overpriced repairs.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I’ve given Christian Brothers Automotive two chances, and both experiences have been extremely disappointing. In May 2024, I took my car in for a brake repair. They charged me $335, but it quickly became clear they didn’t actually replace the brakes. I shouldn’t have to pay that much money for a job that wasn’t done properly. Then in October 2025, I went back for an AC issue. They told me I needed an entire new engine, which would have been a massive and unnecessary expense. I got a second opinion elsewhere — turns out, I only needed a radiator fan. It’s frustrating to feel like a business you trusted is taking advantage of you. I will not be returning, and I recommend others get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here.
