2★ =Poor (As last resort) Does not meet expectations I had work done by them previously, which was of course 5★. However this new one is due to one of 2 possible reasons. 1-They have no attention to detail by not knowing their own work schedule. 2-They are inconsiderate, or don't care for new customers and make up "appointments" to get "part time customers" out of the shop. Last Friday, June 26 2026, I stopped in to inquire about an Electric Window repair. I was told to leave the vehicle. I asked if they do appoints, told, "Yes!". Since that would leave me stranded I asked for an appointment on the following Friday (4/10 work week here, Friday's off). To which he said, "No problem! What's you name?" Which I told him and thought I saw he wrote down. I asked, "What time is the appointment?". To which he just replied, "You have the appointment!" Here it is a week later, I roll up and they're closed! Hey, it's July 3rd 2026, the eve of a 250th 4th, I can dig it they took off. But what about the appointment I had and he confirmed?? Again, why was I given an appointment? 1-They don't know what days they will not be there? Indicates lack of attention to detail. 2-Get rid of a "not bread 'n butter customer"? Indicates lack of enthusiasm for the new or occasional customer. May indicate outright untruthfulness. Look, I dig it, they did me fine the first time, and I see good reviews, but this is not acceptable to me. Many out there will discount this as "sour grapes" and personally I don't care. What I do care about is to finally find a shop around here that would be totally honest, even if it hurts. If I could only charge them MY Labor rate for lost time on a wild goose chase. Maybe to you it's petty, but it's my time, and my time to me is valuable.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. The prices were certainly fair compared to many other shops in the area. The repairs were done recently so it's early to say that the craftsmanship was 100%, but I'm optimistic since the techs were extremely knowledgeable in their diagnosis of the issues.

All other’s in the area wanted to charge me for an estimate or couldn’t even look at my truck for several days or even two weeks. I knew what was wrong and the fix, I just needed someone to do the work. All Pro completed the work in less than one day at a fraction of the price.
