5 stars for Toy Tech! I highly recommend this shop. This was my first time since moving to the area that I had to take my car into an auto repair shop and I dreaded making a choice knowing they all don't have the same ideas on customer service. I googled, read reviews, even called a couple of places. I settled on Toy Tech for one reason. My first call with them they were polite, friendly and honest. I made my appointment. Never once in the whole process did my opinion of them as honest and capable waiver. Even the young man who gave me my rides to and from the shop was so friendly and courteous. The repairs would be expensive but they discussed options and never pushed one choice over another. They had my car about three days, kept in touch, searched for a part and found one they thought would work. In the end, it didn't. The problem ended up being a part that could not be found for my almost 20 year old car. They explained that they couldn't fix it and picked me up to come get my car. I expected to pay for, at the least, the diagnostic and labor. The charge? Zero. No charge. They said that they couldn't fix the problem so there was no charge. I have never encountered a repair shop that would have done this. My car is old. I'm sure I will be looking at more repairs in the future and I will be going to Toy Tech to get them. 100% recommend this shop!

Went here this morning to get an inspection done. They told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait just to get to my car. So if anyone needs to get something simple done do not waste your time and go here. Instead go to Magnolia Tire & Audio, from the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out it was 6 minutes plus they checked the air in all my tires for free. However a lot of people I know in the neighborhood and around magnolia have vouched for them so that’s why I’m just recommending if you need an inspection or something quick go to magnolia tire and audio. But I will be coming here in the future to try them out when I need something done that’s more advanced.

Toy Tech is the only shop I trust completely to not only repair my vehicle correctly the first time but they demonstrated time and again to be trusted in letting me know when my vehicle is not yet ready for repairs. Several years ago, I brought my car in for brake pad replacements. I made it known to the staff I was convinced they needed to be replaced. After a 10 min inspection I was told my brakes were good for at least another 10K. Obviously, I was pleasantly surprised. I brought the car back after 10K more miles and they told me it was good for another 5K. Incredible Customer 1st attitude! For this reason and others, I strongly recommend Toy Tech for all your auto repair needs.

I had a great experience with Toy Tech Auto Care. They handled my truck with absolutely fantastic care and got it back up and running quickly. After sitting for about a year and a half waiting on a new transmission that another mechanic shop installed (Lubbock) it needed some attention—a dirty throttle body, a sensor issue, and my air intake, and they took care of everything efficiently. The turnaround time was fast, the work was solid, and they treated my vehicle like it mattered. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and professional auto care. They followed up with me a week later to see how much more performance my truck carried after leaving.

A huge thank you to Taylor and the entire team at Toy Tech. Honest, professional, and personal service. Regardless if I need an inspection, oil change, or factory recommend service, they can handle it all. You may think they just specialize in Toyota, but they are trained for all makes and models. I won’t take my GMC Yukon anywhere else.
