We were on our way to pick up a friend for a hospital surgery, driving from Huntsville to Tomball. Our car had a massive engine issue, max speed was 20 mph, lots of vibration, check emission system warning. We made to our friend’s house and used his car for hospital trip. After the procedure, about 4 hours later, we managed to get our car to Tomball ASE Auto Repair. Bay Dang, the mechanic, has been taking care of our friend’s car for years, and he was nearby. He was super nice and accommodating, but his shop was packed with a waiting room full of people. We had to be in Richmond that afternoon so we left cr with Bau, rented a car nearby, and hoped it wasn’t something major. Dau texted us a few hours later after clearing codes and scanning,to tell us it was a sensor that had failed, was not expensive and labor was minimal. He gave us a new customer discount and did the repair. We were very pleased with speed of the repair, the cost, and the extremely friendly nature of the staff. The repair and service far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
