I got my 2005 Chevy Silverado towed to Sun Auto over the weekend. They were very upfront about the timeline of my truck being inspected by staff. After the inspection I was given a detailed invoice and Justin was very helpful in helping me decided what I needed to get fixed. Very easy to work with. Definitely bringing my truck here again.
View on GoogleI wish I could give a zero star review but obviously that’s not possible. They forgot to reattach the the air filter to the intake manifold. They also left oil all over under the hood. When this place was called Caliber, they had the best service and professionalism. I don’t know who owns it now but it’s crap. I have attached photos for reference. I forgot to add that my check engine wasnt on when I brought it in but now it is. So I now have to pay more money to figure out what’s happening. Update: I am floored by the service to make things right. Jon called this morning to correct the wrong. My check engine light is gone and my car no longer stutters. He also drove to my job to pick up the car. This is first class service. I even recommended a co-worker today. Thank you Jon and your team.

View on GoogleI took my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. Two weeks later I did a quick inspection myself. I noticed the air filter cover was left off and there was dirt and debris inside the intake. This tells me their post-service checks were not done properly. I would recommend double-checking their work after any service to avoid issues.

I love the reports they give you and they never try to push you to buy anything. I have been going to them for awhile now and will continue to. I always recommend this place to anyone in need of assistance with their car.
