Got stranded early morning Saturday and Mr. Howard took the time out of his morning (6 am) to come help. Took less than 30 minutes to get to me and within 10 mins he had my truck running again. Mobile and Speedy for sure! Thanks a lot, will definitely be using his services from now on. His services are forthright, efficient and convenient. Mr. Howard is GOATED!
View on GoogleI just dialed Speedy Mobile Repair Service, and right from the start, the experience was abysmal. They claimed no availability today, which I accepted, and then quoted $150 for the initial visit - reasonable enough. However, when I inquired about what exactly this fee covered in terms of diagnostics, the person on the other end became infuriatingly rude and abruptly hung up. This is the epitome of poor customer service and an utterly terrible experience. I would strongly advise against using this service.
View on GoogleOn 8/04/17 I made a trip to Houston to visit a friend and upon arrival I parked my car at her apartment. On Sunday morning at 8:00 am I loaded my car and prepared to return home. Unfortunately, my car would not operate. It would start, but not go into reverse or drive. I was stuck! Fortunately, at 9:00 am on Sunday morning I thought of calling a mobile mechanic and even luckier still I was able to reach Howard at Speedy Mobile Repair Service. Within an hour he had arrived at my location, diagnosed the problem and proceeded to start the process of getting my back on the road. Howard was a godsend, the response was timely, and the price was fair. I hope I never need a mechanic again in Houston, but I know regardless of the situation there is only one place I would ever consider going. If you need a mechanic for any reason, you should definately give them a call.
View on GoogleCalled him while stranded on the highway. Had a flat, and no spare. Asked him if he had a tire plug. He seemed surprised I even knew what that was. He then threatened to overcharge me for something so small and proceeded to complain that I interrupted his meal. I texted him saying that was bad business practice and what if I had children or elders in tge car.? I've never seen a business be so rude in my entire life. Don't waste your time or money.
View on GoogleWorst service ever !!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!. He doesn’t guarantee his work. Said he fixed my car but it broke down less than 10 mins and he didn’t take responsibility. His poor work put my driver in danger . If you don’t want to have to pay for the same repairs again go to a real mechanic. He is unprofessional and his work is terrible. I wish there was a way to put zero stars because he deserves none.
