Pristals has worked on my car for the past 3 years. Their shop and waiting area is clean and tidy. Krystal is super professional and easy to communicate with. Getting appointments has been very easy and with very short wait times. All their repair work, from changing oil to more extensive work has been completed accurately. They also have a great complementary drop off/ride service if needed. I would highly recommend them.

I just got my front and back differentials done and look forward to more work next year. Not only have they been kind to me, They have also provided me a means home after dropping off my vehicle.

View on GoogleApparently this is the only place in Tomball that can do state inspections on your car but they haven’t been able to do that for over a week and have no idea when they will be able to again. I asked if they could recommend anywhere else since they are the only ones in Tomball (according to them) and they said “I don’t know” and were very unhelpful
