If I could give six stars, I absolutely would. My experience at NTB in Tomball was top-tier from start to finish. Corey and Calvin went above and beyond with their customer service and completely changed what I usually expect from a tire shop. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable—more like I was catching up with friends than dealing with a sales counter. There was zero pressure and absolutely none of that “oversell” feeling you sometimes get in this industry. Instead, they took the time to walk me through everything, explained the options clearly, and made sure I fully understood what was needed and why. That level of transparency and patience goes a long way, and it made a big difference in how confident I felt moving forward with the service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing things the right way. Huge thanks to Corey and Calvin for setting the bar high—this is how customer service should be done. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this location to others.

Patched my tire fast but they absolutely bent the hell out of my pinch weld at the rear because it’s clear they didn’t put anything under when lifting. The rocker panel is gouged up too. This is unacceptable. That’s the bare minimum.

Initially, he thought I just needed air in my tire and kindly told me to pull up so the team could take care of it right away. After I explained the issue further, the team found that I needed a replacement. Corey walked me through my options, ordered the correct tire, and called me promptly the next morning when it arrived. When I returned, he remembered me and got everything taken care of right away. He is incredibly polite, kind, and truly customer-focused. It even felt like chatting with an old friend while I waited. You’re lucky to have him on your team! This will definitely be my go-to location moving forward.
