N West Auto Repair in Tomball are the best! My second time bringing my truck to them and both time my experience with them was exceptional. Friendly staff and excellent customer service, when I say they will go above and beyond to help their customers in any way they can. Believe me they will! The owner of the shop literally took me to pick up my son from school and patiently waiting with me until he was out. Also Eric and Brandon were just amazing through the whole repair process. If you are looking for a honest and reliable auto repair shop. Do not hesitate to stop by their shop, they are truly awesome!!

There was a battery issue with the truck. They ran tests to discover the problem and resolved it. The rear brakes needed to be replaced. The work was done quickly at a very good price. Lucas was awesome to work with. Kevin was also super nice. Great customer service!!! I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Took my Altima in for multiple issues, and I was really impressed with the team here and their work. Brandon listened to all my concerns, and made sure to update me throughout the process of any additional findings. The vehicle ended up needing quite a bit of work (which was not really a surprise), but the team here got it done pretty quickly. The price seemed quite reasonable, not sure if it was the cheapest around, but considering the quality and speed of service, I’d say it was well worth the money regardless. Repairs included brake pads and rotors, transmission and suspension related issues, oil change and inspection, and I got my car back in less than 24 hours. Now my Altima drives like it has plenty of life left, and it just broke 100k miles. Shout out to Lucas, Brandon, and the rest of the crew for taking care of me. The crew here are clearly passionate about providing quality service to their customers
