I have been using Melvin and Michel Auto Cares for the past 20 years for all our vehicles and Melvin and his staff have been nothing but professional. He has helped get our vehicles back on the road so many times when we were in a bind. I never hesitate to recommend Michel Auto Cares to my clients, friends and family.

I went into the office to collect my truck which had the door latch fixed and I sat there while the mechanic sat talking on the phone about dove hunting. He didn’t look at me or speak to me. After several minutes I got up and went to check my truck. When I came back into the office the owner asked what I wanted. I told him about his rude mechanic who was still yacking on the phone and he did not apologize for the lack of customer service. Very rude people, I will not use them again.

Just had another positive experience at Michel Auto Cares. Melvin and his team took time to diagnose the complex problem with my Explorer, and only recommended services that were necessary. The problem is fixed, and I am very pleased once again! 04/30/2024 ------------------------- I have been going to Michel Auto since 2004. For the first 25 years of car ownership, I did all my own repairs, so I know what an auto shop should be like. Afterward, I tried a few shops, and had bad experiences. Then I found Michel's and I have 100% confidence in them. They always do a quality job at a fair price. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

With two mechanical opinions stating that my 2009 Hyundai Tucson with 149,000 miles with a broken timing belt, idler pulley and probable valve damage was not an economical repair, I sought a third. Michel Auto Cares, on Google maps, shows 3.1 miles from my home. Before calling, I read several of their Google reviews. Being a level 7 Google reviewer myself, I understand the importance of the information shared by members of our community that use the services of local businesses. Michel Auto Cares has 81 reviews. Five of those reviews were from members of our community who were displeased with their interaction with Michel auto Cares. the other 76 members of our community were extremely pleased with their interaction and services received from Michel Auto Cares. This convinced me to call. Wade answered the phone, identifying Michel Auto Cares first them himself. I a greeted him and gave my name, vehicle year and problems that I incurred. Wade took my name, number and informed me that he would give me a call back. He called back minutes later. Wade informed me that he had consulted with another shop. The information that he relayed to me confirmed the two previous opinions that I received. He took the time to explain to me that the price of labor and parts, if they were able to locate them due to the age of my vehicle, would be more than what my vehicle is worth. I was pleasantly surprised that he was honest and forthcoming. The members of our community are correct in saying that Michel Auto Cares and their team are honest, informative, experienced and professional ! ! !

I’ve been using Michel Automotive for over 10 years and have always received outstanding service in a timely manner. I’ve never been encouraged to have work done that was not necessary, and the cost of services provided have always been fair and reasonable.
