I had a good experience at this location. Mike & Kris are very straightforward. They tell you exactly what your car needs I am most happy that the price I was quoted was the price I paid. They didn’t sneak in extra charges, & that’s important! I recommend this location.
View on GoogleI had an excellent experience at the Mavis Tires & Brakes! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. The staff provided outstanding customer care and made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in. A huge thank you to Kris and Mike, the shop managers, for going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They took the time to explain my tire options for my Toyota Camry and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. What impressed me even more was that the location is currently undergoing a renovation facelift, and despite the construction work taking place, my experience was not impacted at all. The work was being handled very professionally, the lobby area remained comfortable, and the staff made sure customers still felt taken care of throughout the visit. The whole team worked quickly and communicated well throughout the process, which made the tire purchasing experience seamless. It’s hard to find this level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service these days. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing tires, maintenance, or other vehicle repairs. These guys truly care about their customers and do great work!
View on GoogleI went to NTB Tire recently and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helped explain what was going on with my tires without trying to push extra services on me. The service was pretty quick and the waiting area was clean. My car felt better after the work was done. Overall, I’d go back again for tire service.
View on GoogleOut of many auto repair shops I’ve been to this is probably one of the best. They were very speedy with taking a look at my vehicle and clearly showing me what was wrong and what I needed to get fixed. The person at the desk, Chris I think is his name, was very respectful and helpful. I got both my rear brakes replaced and my brake fluid done as well with a cost of about 650. Then they informed me that I should replace my battery as well and they were able to do it the same day with my battery with a cost of 15 extra minutes work done on my car and a 270 cost. Overall not a bad experience the lounge room was pretty comfortable as well. I would still probably have done more research about these things personally but I just kind of agreed to what they told me cause my mom wanted me to fix my car quickly.
