First time stopping by Lance's and I will keep returning. This is a business that is clearly owned by a person. Easy going staff in a human-run garage! Big, quiet, comfortable waiting room filled with cool relics to look at and books to read AND a lovely, friendly dog! They had time to do my inspection and I barely had enough time playing with the dog when they let me know it was done. $18.50, just like it should be. I know it's just inspection, but I'd rather be there in a big, comfy sofa with a dog than in a sterile waiting room that smells like tires sitting on a vinyl chair trying not to watch a blaring TV. We'll see how it goes there if one of my cars has a real issue, but my first experience is that this is a good place!
