You can trust these guys! I took my 2014 F150 in for hard starting and a rough idle. I had already replaced the coils, plugs, fuel injectors, VCTs, carbon canister, MAF and purge valve. I was out of ideas. I took it to Kennedy Auto Solutions for professional help. Their team conferred with Ford techs and replaced the fuel pump and valve covers and still didn’t remedy the issue. They tried to flash the ECM. They noted that I had used non-manufacture replacement coils and plugs and fuel injectors. Once those were changed the truck was back to running great. I honestly was thinking my truck was dead, but thanks to the great team I’ve got a few more years to save for an upgrade. Next time I have auto issues I will save myself time and money and go to Kennedy first!

I gotta say I’m severely disappointed in this place. I choose this over my regular mechanic because I wanted something more professional to do my 100k mile maintenance. Big mistake. They gave me zero advice on what to do or not to do. Then turns out the transmission flush ruined my transmission. Wrecked the value of the truck and now I have to choose either an expensive transmission rebuild or buy a new truck which is the whole reason I was doing the major maintenance schedule in the first place. My disappointment is I received no advice on the risk of flushing the transmission or advice to just skip that if I wasn’t having any issues. And then you guys took no responsibility and didn’t work with me at all. You didn’t even suggest getting a cheaper transmission just suggested the most expensive possible option. I will not be coming back and I urge the rest of you to look for a shop that will be a partner with you on your car rather than just take your money with a sweet smile.

I heard nothing but good things about Kennedy Auto Solutions on the Houston Tundras Facebook group so I decided to give them a try. I came to them with a tight deadline so our family could go on our planned road trip since Toyota couldnt do anything for me. They exceeded my expectations! Mike and Kurt are super friendly and outgoing and pay great attention to detail. They replaced my cv axles with HD long travel ones and I had zero issues on my 5,600 mile road trip. I highly recommend taking your vehicles here for all of your needs. Their customer service is outstanding.
