I went to Dynamic Tire to have tires that I purchased online swapped with the ones I had on. I was met in their yard by a technician who quoted me a very reasonable price. Once approved, I had 3 guys immediately working on my truck. I was only there for about 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back here when I am ready for another set of tires on my other vehicle. 10 out of 10 experience!

We had a food truck coming to our church for our youth ministry that had a blow out 3 min away from us. My friend and I went over to see if we could help but they didn’t have a spare tire and all the local tire shops were closed. The food truck owner called a 24 hr tire truck to come out but they said it would be 30 min, 15 min later they called back and said it was gonna be 45 min. Then we see a car pass by and turn around and stopped, it was Giovanni…he asked if we needed help and that he could replace the tire…he said he’d turn around and go back to his shop and get what he needed and come back and do it. This man went above and beyond what any shop would do, on his way home from a long day turns around and helps…wow!!! If they do this on there time off of work for customers I can’t imagine how much they do at the shop durning business hours for there customers…I’ll definitely be going there first when I need some tires.

After calling the shop and finding that they had 2 tires that I was looking for I arrived to be told that they were sold, but they had some that would suffice they were mismatching and uneven in tread. I was told they were same price, which to me did not make sense then. Once installing the tire, come to find out. One of the tires had a gash in the side. I will not be referring any friends nor will. I ever return to this location. Dangerous to enter and exit from unknowledgeable and friendly staff

Been going to this place for over 7 years and other than increasing prices, this has been a pretty reliable place. We'll about 3 weeks ago, i was being cheap and had them rotate and balance my tires....BIG MISTAKE. Immediately after the finished my ABS sensor light came on and has been on. I tried to talk with the owner but before i could explain, he stated his company was not in the wrong. He then tried to clear my sensors which is only temporary. $300 cost trying to save $100. Talking to lawyer for options because I'm tired of these companies ripping people off with no consequences
