I would not recommend this tire shop to anyone. If you have a flat tire, they are not helpful, and want to sell you the most expensive tires on the planet. Call NTB/Mavis Tire 2 miles down the road and get taken care of better. They are nicer and actually know what customer service is. This tire center was not busy whatsoever - no line, no cars inside… terrible customer service. They did not want to help customers. Shameful! They refused to even take the tire off the rim to see if it was serviceable when I told them I would pay the service fee. They told me they did not want to do that work. Absolutely despicable… Edited to add: while waiting for the tow truck in their parking lot, the tire center employees came outside and glared at us. Why is it so hard to be nice? I wasn’t rude when they told me they did not wish to help us. Again, shameful behavior…

Just bought 4 new tires and chose Costco because of the warranty which includes free rotations and nitrogen. The employees were really nice and I shopped while they put my new tires on. Removed one star because AI says it is not safe to drive missing a lug nut even though one of the guys working there told me it was. I went and purchased a lug nut and returned and they installed and torqued it for me. My new tires are great!
View on GoogleWe absolutely love costco, we absolutely HATE Costco tire center. It is the opposite of what the rest of Costco and Costco standards are. Do not ever buy or use Costco for tires or car related services. Hardest warranty to deal with, worst customer service, nothing like what we would expect for the rest of the Costco family/ goods and services.
View on GoogleCame in to fix a flat on a Wednesday. Turned out we needed to replace 2 tires instead. We were told the replacement tires were coming the next day. Three days later, the tires were still not there. Last time we needed a tire replaced with this same car(at another Costco location), we had to wait over 2 weeks. Because we needed the car the next day(Sunday), we asked them on the phone to put the tires back on and we’ll go get the flat fixed somewhere else. Not an hour later, we got to the store seeing our car parked in the lot with a completely deflated tire. It had a slow leak, so no way it would have deflated completely within 1 hour. Whoever pulled it out didn’t even bother to inflate the tire. We got it inflated and fixed down the street within an hour. Also turned out the rim protector we had on were missing 2 pieces once we got home. This was a terrible experience - if they can’t give an accurate expected arrival date on replacement tires, don’t say the next day. And treat your customer’s cars with more care. We’re never using Costco for our tires needs again.
