AMAZING service and total honesty, I’ve trusted them with both my old Accord and my new Kia Forte because they prioritize integrity over upselling. My last mechanic would suggest replacing parts for the sake of it, but here, they actually find the root of the problem and give you a fair price, if you want a mechanic who goes above and beyond to save you from making unnecessary services to your car, this is the place.

I had a fantastic experience with BIZ CAR CARE. While traveling across town, my 2004 Sequoia started leaking coolant. A friend recommended BIZ CAR CARE to me. This is a family-run business, and Victor, the owner, went above and beyond to help me. He is highly knowledgeable and offers fair pricing. They provide a nationwide warranty of two years or 24,000 miles. I am now a customer for life!

Update: the owner commented below stating we discussed and agreed on pricing before i was charged. This is inaccurate. Per the details in the original post, i was quoted 1500 before parts were warrantied from advance auto parts. The adjusted price was 1440, was not discussed, and included 1100 dollars of labor. This is a hige discrepancy and it is sad the owners are not willing to make things right even with transparancy. I will move forward with a consumer righrs complaint. Thank you for your feedback. This was the opportunity to make things right. Original post: I took my silverado to biz car care because i was referred by a few ppl in the area. I needed upper and lower ball joints replaced. I asked to inspect rhe ball joints, fuel injection, and possible transmission service. I was referred for transmission service but the fuel injection flush was not complete. I was charged $1440 to replace upper control arms and lower ball joints. Both upper and lowers were replaced within 1yr so i contacted advance auto parts to honor the warranty. I was aware the uppers were replaced but had forgotten about the lowers. Both parts for each side were warrantied. I brought the parts and asked if the lowers could be exchanged and credited to their acct to reduce my bill. I was still charged $1440. The quite was 1500 if they provided all parts. The average cost for uppers and lowers with parts and labor is around 500. I still am not sure why i was charged 1100 for labor for this job. I am not sure if this was agreed upon by victor, the owner, but irving worked this transaction and it does not seem close to any others in the area. Its disappointing for a 1st experience with biz.

First time doing business here. My Chevy Avalanche had a P0300, P0200 codes and lost all power when in drive. Four hours later Victor is calling with the results. Victor isn't scared to estimate results in hours instead of days like other mechanics. I do all my work on my truck because no one can do it better than me but Guerrero's Auto repair is the exception. $135 later and I'm back in my truck. Diagnostics and a simple fix later is exactly what I expected to pay! Congratulations you just won my business!
