Carlos was amazing and I will use him every time I need service for my Mercedes Benz. I had a quote from another shop that I thought was excessively high and over reaching (pricing things I did not need). Carlos evaluated my car, told me what I did need, told me what I didn't need, performed the services in a timely, expedient manner, at a very reasonable price. When I picked the car up, he explained the items I did not need (that were recommended by a competitor). He showed me pictures and his explanations were thorough but easy for a non-car guy to understand. Carlos will be getting all my business in the future. He should get yours too...if you want honesty and reliability at a reasonable price. If you want to overpay, be ripped off, and have services recommended that you do not need...then go some where else.

They explained everything to me before hand and actually didn’t try to rip me off or try to repair things that didn’t need to be repaired. They are fast and very efficient. Best customer service I’ve found in a very long time from a mechanic shop. I would and will recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them on all my car repairs.
