Have to brag on these guys for a sec. Originally I was misquoted for a lift and some tires on my 24 gmc sierra so I started shopping around elsewhere searching for recommendations on Facebook. One of the managers Ray reached out to me personally and was able to match one of the lowest quotes I received and got me taken care of. Brought the truck in 2 days later and they did amazing and quick work. Will definitely bring my truck back to these guys
View on GoogleI ordered side steps for my new vehicle and waited four days for my installation appointment. They called the day before to confirm everything, so I assumed all the parts were ready. After I dropped off my vehicle, they waited three hours before calling saying they didn’t actually have the parts needed to complete the installation. I was told I’d have to bring my vehicle back on another day. What disappointed me most wasn’t just the mistake, it was the lack of concern for the inconvenience it caused. My time was completely wasted, and the staff seemed indifferent, simply saying they could only apologize so much. This was a very frustrating experience, especially for a brand-new vehicle. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time using them.

View on GoogleAnyone wanting to do a lift. Or level, or basically anything to their truck needs to go see Art at all out. Ridiculously good customer service. Dude handled everything quickly, efficiently and way beyond what I expected. He was super knowledgeable and worked with me to get the best deal on premium parts for my truck. I ended up with a 4 inch cognito lift for my 22 2500 hd. Added rims and tires and a steering stabilizer after the fact. Will be bringing any future vehicles here straight to Art!
