Took my truck in to have a muffler I bought installed. They were quick to get on it and all that. But man the quality of workmanship is poor. If I was the owner and this is what I’m letting leave my shop I would be embarrassed. I used to use the Triple A in garland and never had a problem like this. Guess you live and learn. To me waste of money for this kinda work.
View on GoogleI got my car back on 7/11 after paying over $1100 to get my Catalytic Conveter fixed and this is how I received my vehicle. I dropped it back off and told them about the damages and I was told they would have to get the owner involved to see what can be done. It's 8/26 and after a few calls of being told I'd have to catch the owner when he is in the shop and being told they went ahead and fixed my headlight. I have just now spoke to the owner John after over a month of My car sitting and i was told they can't fix my car. When I told him the headlight was fixed he said he'd have to look at the car because he didn't know. All I can say is, it's gonna cost me more to fix the damages then what it cost to fix what I needed repaired the first time. With no communication to me about anything, i had to call everytime. Very poor leadership, very poor customer service, no care towards what occurred on their watch, period. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the help!

Not only were they quick and professional, they also took great care of my brake needs and without even asking for a coupon or deal they applied $50 off the project. I will definitely bring more business to this great establishment.
View on GoogleWent in to have some muffler work done, at first they questioned if they could do it. Then said yeah no problem. Got my truck on a lift , I supplied the parts in a box. Then they determined they couldn't do it , took my truck off the lift and went inside. I had to go find my box of parts and put them back into my truck.
View on GoogleGot my 08 bmw front rotors and pads replaced. They got it done in hours with out me scheduling it in. The guy steered me in the right direction to go with a lil bit of an upgrade. Glad I did. This shop is an old staple of terrell. I know we'll over 25 years I've never heard a bad thing come out of there. The rest not so much.
