I dropped off a work vehicle for preventative maintenance, an oil change, air filter change and tire rotation. Drop off was quick and easy as I had called ahead. I informed the person I spoke to on the phone what services I needed completed, and she told me the service writer would get all the information once I dropped the vehicle off. I did not think to confirm everything with the service writer. I had a hard time getting him to slow down long enough to confirm my appointment. He said everything was in the computer. The paperwork given to me when I picked up my vehicle shows only an oil change was completed. Since payment runs through our fleet company I didn't catch it until I was in my car. It is unfortunate as I could not leave the car with them again and did not want to wait on the services. It was a frustrating experience.

Chevy can’t figure out how a purge valve should work on a trax and has recalls on models before 2018, but leaves those of us buying later models to wait until it throws a P146B. If the service advisor had continued the excellent communication he started on this service, then I would have given 5 stars . . . BUT a 30 minute replacement task turned into a two day “when will I get my car back” irritation. Hopefully the new purge valve will last longer than the 36K miles the original did.
